The site
These draft terms are about the public website of Nokturnal Holdings (nokturnal.io), operated from Toronto, Canada. They do not by themselves create a services agreement.
Draft packages are not an offer
Nokturnal Systems describes three packages. Their prices say “Not set” and the scope bullets are marked as drafts. They are not a quote, not an invitation to treat that you can accept by sending the form, and not a price list. Work starts only if both sides later agree in writing, including price. Currency, tax, deposits, and refunds are not set here and must be added by counsel and the owner. HST is not addressed in this draft.
The form
Sending a message asks us to read it. It does not book a time, reserve a package, or create a client relationship. A calendar is not connected. Waitlist signup for barber on-demand or private chef booking does not reserve a service. Those ventures are not open.

Your messages
Do not send confidential information, payment card numbers, or government identity numbers through the form. You are responsible for what you write. We may refuse or delete spam.
The words and the mark
