Draft for legal review. This is placeholder text, not legal advice, and it is not in force. A qualified lawyer needs to replace it before the site is treated as published policy.
Privacy
Placeholder date: 13 October 2026. Not a publication date.
Who this is about
This draft describes Nokturnal Holdings, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The legal name, mailing address, and the person responsible for privacy requests still need to be confirmed. Founder named on the site: Delonny Landon.
What the form collects
If you use the contact form or the waitlist, we ask for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message, if you write one
- Which Systems package you picked, if you picked one
- Which waitlist you joined, if you joined one (barber, chef, or both)
A hidden field is included to catch automated spam. People using the form normally leave it blank. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded and is not stored.
Why
Contact messages are kept so someone at Nokturnal Holdings can reply about a call or a project. Waitlist emails are kept so we can write if a listed idea actually opens. We do not have a marketing email tool connected, and this draft does not authorize a newsletter.
Where it is stored
When a database is connected, an accepted message is written to a private table. An outside email service is not connected, so the form does not send mail by itself. The row includes an email-shaped draft for later. That draft is not delivered.
If the database is not connected, the form does not pretend the message was saved. It offers an email link instead, when a mailbox has been configured. Placeholder: that mailbox address is not published on this page.
Rate limiting
To slow spam, the server keeps a short-lived count in memory. The count is tied to a hash of the email address and, when the host provides it, a hash of the connection address. The raw address is not written into the saved message. Counts are dropped as they age out of about an hour, and they disappear when the server process restarts. Each server copy keeps its own counts. This is a basic control, not a full anti-spam system.
Cookies, analytics, and sales of data
This version of the site does not run advertising or analytics scripts, and it does not sell personal information. It does not set a tracking cookie for the forms. A lawyer should confirm whether the host adds any logs of its own.
Other sites
Links to the adult league site and to YouTube leave this website. Those sites have their own practices. We do not embed their players on this version of the page.
How long it is kept
Placeholder: retention is not decided. Until a lawyer and the owner set a period, stored rows should be treated as kept until someone deletes them. That sentence is not a retention schedule.
Children
The site is a general business site. The basketball venture is described as an adult league. This draft does not seek information from children. Confirm age-related wording with counsel before launch.
Canadian privacy law
A lawyer should confirm how Canada’s federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and any Ontario rules apply to this company, including whether a privacy officer must be named. This page does not claim that the company complies.
Asking about your information
Placeholder: use the contact form to ask for access, correction, or deletion. A dedicated privacy email address has not been published. Response times are not promised in this draft.
